Nonton Film Official Secrets

Hari ini akhirnya saya kesampaian juga menonton film Official Secrerts. Saya sudah download film ini sejak dua bulan lalu. Berhubung akhir pekan ini ngga ada kerjaan, akhirnya ngajak istri buat nonton film yg sudah lama jadi watchlistku ini.

Penilaianku sih, ini film benar bener keren banget. Apalagi lihat akting Kiera Knightly yang meranin Katherine Gun, itu membuatku takjub. Dia sangat sempurna jadi pemeran utama di film ini. Jadi ada tambahan akrtis favorit setelah Natalie Portman dan Julia Robert.

Menonton film ini kalian akan disuguhkan bagaimana perasaan seorang pembocor rahasia. Ternyata, risiko menjadi pembocor rahasia itu sungguh berat. Bagaimana setiap hari anda akan dilanda kecemasan dan ketakutan. Apalagi yang dilawan adalah Pemeritah yang punya berbagai macam alat kekuasaan. 

Film ini juga menggambarkan bagaiamana elit politik di tingkat global ternyata tidak semuanya bersih. Banyak juga oknum politisi busuk. Bahkan dampak dari kebijakannya itu sungguh sangat mengerikan. 

Bagi, kalian yang mau nonton, saya sangat rekomendasikan buat nonton film ini. 

Land Acquisition for Infrastructure Project Reached 53%

Land acquisition progress for infrastructure projects as a whole has now reached 53%.  According to Arie Yuriwin, Director General of Land Procurement at Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial Planning (ATR), the total of 254 infrastructure projects, Land acquisition progress is almost complete for 130 projects.

New Hoong Fatt Group Will Build a Plant in Indonesia

New Hoong Fatt Group (NHF Group), an automotive parts and services company from Malaysia plans to build a plant in Indonesia. Chief Financial Officer, Chong Choon Yeng said the Indonesian automotive market is a gold mine waiting to be tapped, despite the company already exporting its products to more than 60 countries worldwide.

“With close to 300 million people living there, the population in Indonesia is almost 10 times the Malaysian population. But new vehicle registration in Indonesia is only around one million units per year, compared to Malaysia’s 600,000 units per year," he said as quoted by www.astroawani.com. 

According to it's website, NHF Group has been providing automotive parts to the local replacement market since 1977. The Group had in 1989 ventured into manufacturing of metal and plastic automotive body replacement parts, such as door, hood, fender, trunk lid, bumper, grille and lamps. The group also produce oil and lubricant with brand namely Kendall.

NHF is operating from its headquarters in Meru, Klang, trading branches in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, as well as in its wholly-owned subsidiaries in China and Indonesia with a approximately of 1000 staff. In 2016, NHF Group recorded total asset RM 453.33 billion with RM 231.89 billion of revenue.

Bank Andara Changes Its Name to Bank Oke Indonesia

PT Bank Andara was officially renamed PT Bank Oke Indonesia, according to the company's announcement in Bisnis Indonesia, the largest business news paper in Indonesia that release today. Last year, a South Korean lender APRO Financial Co. Ltd has acquire a 40% stake in Bank Andara. As qouted by jakartapost.com, as of Dec 2012, the major shareholder in Bank Andara, at 22%, was the US aid agency Mercy Corps.

Thai bank company Acquires 9.99% Shares of Bank Maspion

Today, PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (BMAS), a banking company under Maspion Group sold 443,901,808 or 9.99% of its shares to Kasikornbank, a Thailand Banking Company with total assets of 2.44 trillion Baht (Rp 981 trillion). Unfortunately the value of the transaction is not disclosed.

The Player of Cigarette Industry in Indonesia: Japan Tobacco Inc.

In this week, Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT Group), the largest cigarette company in Japan has signed an agreement to purchase 100% of shares of PT Karyadibya Mahardika (KDM) and its distributor, PT Surya Mustika Nusantara (SMN) for US$ 1 billion (include net debt). On his offical statment, the transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter this year.

Agung Sedayu Group, perusahaan properti milik konglomerat Aguan kini mulai ekspansi ke bisnis bioskop dengan bendera Flix Cinema. Seperti dikutip dari www.kontan.co.id, Agung Sedayu akan membuat promosi trial opening week pekan ini di gedung properti miliknya yakni di Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Avenue Mall, Jakarta Utara.
